In accordance with our approval to charge all rallies (state, region, national and international) and other sponsored HRRVC events (caravans, adventures,getaways) a fee for placing a registration form or advertisement in the Ramblings, this fee is effective for all events held in 2011 and beyond.   The rate is $ 125.00 for a full page in B&W and $ 62.50 for a half-page in B&W per issue.    Effective with this change, rally ads may continue to be a half page and utilize the generic rally form as in recent issues ($62.50) or a full page with their own registration form as in the past ($125.00).   Submissions should be sent electronically and payment made by check or credit card.   Checks for each submission should be made out to "HRRVC"  and mailed to the Office in advance of the Ramblings deadline.  The submission will be held until receipt of the check unless other arrangements have been made with the Office.
